Download FIFA 12 & NBA Jam by EA Sports for Android
EA Sports has finally…yep finally released FIFA 12 for Android. Earlier EA Sports had limited FIFA 12 to certain gaming specific phones like the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play.
As a FIFA fan (on PC of course) I was waiting for this release. Along with FIFA 12 EA has also brought NBA Jam, the basketball game to the play store.
Although we have the likes of Konami’s PES 12 (Pro Evolution Soccer) to give EA a tough competition in the football category, it is highly unlikely that FIFA 12′s popularity will be affected by that.
FIFA 12
FIFA 12′s app size is a mere 13 mb but the data it requires to support the game fully goes over 1 gb. So with a 2 gb card on my Android device it is certainly not possible for me to try. Anyway it’s not even compatible with my Xperia Mini Pro.
NBA Jam
Seems like NBA Jam is also following the same foot-steps as even it is not compatible with my phone. From the error message I got from the play store it seems like a country based issue. Compared to FIFA 12, NBA Jam’s app size is 4 mb and it’s data also sizes close to 300 mb.
So if EA Sports fixes the country or device specific issue then I could try these game and probably post a review about it here. If you have a SD card with bigger size, then do try out both these games. Wi-Fi is definitely recommended for downloading both these games apk + data files.
