Step 1) Complete the jetpack quest: To complete the jetpack quest, first you will have to complete the intro and create your character. After you create your character, complete the starting quests and follow Shirli until you encounter a character Franz.
Step 2) Meet with Franz: After you meet with Franz and the game proceeds further, you will get to complete the Jetpack quest. When you are done with the jetpack quest, you will begin to notice the online players on your screen.
Step 3) Add friends: Now, to play with your friends, you will have to add them to your friend list. Following that, go to the Menu and select the Friends option. Here you will find an option to Search and Add online players. You can ask for your friend’s Wanderer Name and search it up. After you input the name, press Enter.
