Did Apex Legends remove Tap Strafing in Season 14?

A lot of Apex Legends players suddenly discovered that the Tap Strafing was missing in Season 14. This caused a lot of commotion as the developers did not make any announcements regarding this. Players thought that they will never get to see Tap Strafing again in Apex Legends. Earlier, this feature received a nerf that restricted the strafing to only 90 degrees. Folks were confused with this unnecessary nerf to a perfectly fine skill. Now that the skill is gone altogether, folks have bombarded Rewswapwn with one question- Did Apex Legends remove Tap Strafing in Season 14? As we mentioned before, the developers have suddenly removed the Tap Strafing skill from the game. Fortunately, they acknowledged this issue and reassured the players that this is a temporary change. Since a previous update unintentionally nerfed the skill, the developers had to remove it completely from Apex Legends to fix it. Fortunately, Respawn has been very quick to resolve this issue. So, Tap Strafing was back in the game by August 16. Respawn even tweeted about the issue and assured the players that this was a technical issue from their side.
