Remnant 2 has been one of the most anticipated games of 2023. It brings many unique items with a big pinch of soul-like elements. Now, you might be trying your hardest to cover items that can be used for the greatest rewards. Like Nightweaver Stone Doll, that is a pretty forgettable side quest, but it has some of the most unique rewards that you can find. Just like that, we will try to cover yet another item named Thaen Seed in Remnant 2. Let’s see how it goes.
Thaen Seed is just what its name suggests. It’s a seed-like item that can be used in a couple of ways for different kinds of rewards. Most people will try to acquire the first reward, which isn’t the greatest one. So let’s see how to get, find, and use Thaen Seed in Remnant 2.
Remnant 2 Thaen Seed: How to get, find, & use
If you have Thaen Seed, then jump directly to the next phase. If you don’t, then the first thing you need is the Ornate Key. This key will be later used to open a box containing what you are looking for. You will find the Ornate Key in a dead body. This dead body will be located in the Widow’s Court Section inside Yaesha. This is a very important step, and we won’t try to spoil the fun while you are at it. Once the key has been acquired, you must head to the underground regions of Yaesha and find a fake wall. This fake wall is located at the end of a long corridor, or, we can say, the left-side wall at the end of the corridor. Behind the wall is an elevator that will take you straight to the Ornate Box. Now use that key to open the box, and you will get the Thaen Seed. As for the usage, currently, there are two of them, which are described below.
The Empress
The first usage allows you to give the Thaen Seed to the Empress. This will grant you a decreased Skill cooldown, and she will also pacify all future Pan Warriors at once. Most players rush to claim the reward and often choose the wrong one. Less cooldown is a good thing, but for all matters of the scheme, this does not matter. You will be getting the same effect with items anyway. That’s why you should choose the second option, which is far better than this one.
Ward 13
The second option requires both patience and intellect. The outcome of this one will grant you perhaps one of the greatest effects of all time. Let’s not get ahead; first, take the seed to the Farm areas in Ward 13. You will find a location where you can put or bury something. That place will look like a dugout hole that farmers dig when putting seeds in. Now put the Thaen Seed in it and continue with your main storyline. The seed will grow and eventually bear the Thaen Fruit. Eating one of these will grant you immunity to one killing or death blow. As you can guess by now, as the bosses get more powerful, an effect like this is far greater than the first one.
Random free melee weapons or some ability effects—many side quests in Remnant 2 grant something like these. But getting a Mature Thaen Fruit is something else. It can save you from replaying a boss fight when you are just a hit away from winning. Well, we hope we cleared your confusion on which reward to choose, and if we did, then make sure to follow Android Gram for more.
