Are you looking for a way to complete the Vault of the Flames in Palia? Then, you must search for the four bundles that are required to complete it. We recently shared details on how to unlock the Flamerod and Brightbug bundles, which are two of the four bundles that you will be hunting for. What about the other two, then? Don’t worry, because we are about to jump on that topic. In this article, you will learn about the third bundle that requires the Emberseeker Medallions in Palia.
The Emberseeker Bundle is unique in itself. Most of the other bundles require around four creatures to be caught. Emberseeker Bundle, on the other hand, asks you to collect just one item, although multiple times. Sounds easy, right? Well, it’s not since you have to find six of the same item to complete it. This special item is called the Emberseeker Medallion, and you will learn about all the secret locations where it can be found by the end of this article.
Palia Emberseeker Medallions: How to get & find
These Emberseeker Medallions are a badge of honor passed down from generation to generation. That’s not all; it’s a great item for treasure hunters too. That’s why they’re well hidden in various parts of the world of Palia. So, let’s find out where they are hidden.
Get the first medal from Jina
The first one is easy to get. You will receive the first medal simply by speaking to Jina. You may already have it without knowing it. She gives you one medallion when the Vault of the Flame quest is completed, and she will also tell you the location where she found it. It’s a hidden tip that the other one is near where she found it.
Look for the second one in the north of Bahari Bay
The second Emberseeker Medallion can be found in the far northeast of Statue Garden, near the beach. Just know that there is an island to the east of Statue Garden, and you must go to the beach that is on the north side of the island and not towards Coral Shores. Once you reach there, you will see a beautiful landscape with a broken boat! Doesn’t that sound odd to you? Well, a treasure chest is right under the wreckage of the boat. Now simply go near it, and you will see an ancient treasure chest. Simply interacting with it will grant you one Emberseeker Medallion and the Ancient Treasure Chest itself.
The third one is in Thorny Thickets
The third medallion can be found in the Thorny Thicket. Head over to the area and find a small cliff near the waterfall. Now, walk towards where the small waterfall is located. Simply jump over to the other side and stick like glue to the mountain edge. Now look right, move a few steps, and again take a sharp right. You will see the third ancient treasure chest hugging the bare edge of the waterfall beneath the roots of a tree. Just jump over to the other side and make sure not to fall into the water, or you will be dragged down. Anyway, use the glider while jumping, and you should be good to go. Now, interact with the Ancient Chest, and you should receive your third Emberseeker Medallion along with yet another Ancient Treasure Chest.
The fourth one is below the bridge over Lighthouse Lagoon
The biggest bridge in the game leads you from the Pavel Mines to the far east side of the map. In between, you will find Lighthouse Lagoon, and right on its left side is a bridge that leads you south from the Ancient Aquaduct. The exact location is right where the big one and the Ancient Aquaduct Bridge intersect. Jump from there and look at one of the pillars. There will be a lot of space between the pillars. Now, simply head towards the gap, and you will find the fourth chest. Looting it will get you the fourth Emberseeker Medallion along with an Ancient Treasure Chest as usual.
Visit the fast-travel point of Beachcomber Cave for the fifth one
The fifth chest can be found around the fast-travel point that is right in the middle of Beachcomber Cave and Windy Ruins. Simply use the fast travel action and look south of the map when you arrive. You will see a few broken ancient ruins, and there will be a bunch of grassy bushes around it. That is an intended distraction and works like a charm. Now, simply cross those bushes and look right behind those broken ruins, and you will find the chest. Open it, and you will receive the fifth Emberseeker Medallion. However, the final one will always be the hardest to find.
The sixth one is in the mines between Hideaway Bluffs & Windy Ruins
If you are following our guide carefully, then you must still be in the broken ancient ruins near Beachcomber Cave. You can simply open the map again and look west to your location; you will see a big mine that you probably came across once or twice in your journey. This one is a bit tricky to find, so we have included the step-by-step guide for that one. Here’s how to find the sixth medallion:
- In Beachcomber Cove, find the mine shaft and jump down. Next, walk a few steps in and jump again to reach the lower levels of the mine. If you are walking, you have to jump just once since you are already at ground level and not on the roof.
- Now, find a bunch of vines after climbing a few rocks; they are hiding a secret room, so simply walk across.
- If you come here for the first time, then you will see a normal treasure chest right in the middle of the hidden room.
- Now, continue walking, and towards your right, you will see a broken statue. Look behind it, and you will see yet another shaft that can be jumped onto.
- Now, simply jump down from the newly discovered shaft, and you will end up in the second hidden room. Go to your left, and you will notice the final ancient treasure chest.
- Simply go near it and open it to receive your sixth Emberseeker Medallion and fifth Ancient Treasure Chest.
Now that you have all the necessary medallions, simply head back to the Night Sky Temple and complete the Emberseeker Bundle. Once you do so, you will receive a rare customization item called the Emberborn Brazier.
