The Alien Head is a legendary item in Risk of Rain 2. This item gives you a flat 25% cooldown reduction bonus. This means an attack that would normally have a 4-second cooldown will now take just 3 seconds.
How to get it?
Getting the alien head in RoR 2 is all about chance. The only way to get it is to open legendary loot boxes or legendary chests.
