For example, if CS2 says your percent rank is ’70’, that means you are among the top 70% of players, or 70% of players are better than you. Implying that, of course, there are 30% of players who are worse than you. Imagine there were a total of 100 people playing CS2. If your CS2 percent rank was 70 percent, it would mean there are 70 players who play better than you and 30 who are worse.
Simply put, the lower this number is, the better it means you are. If it says something like ‘%10’, then congratulations! You are among the top 10% of players!
