1) Check if the Airport accepts mobile boarding pass:
This is something that you need to check before leaving for your flight. According to American Airlines, most airports accept a mobile boarding pass. The keyword here is “most”. This means that there can be a few exceptions to this statement. It is up to you to ensure that the airport you are headed to accepts American Airlines’ mobile boarding pass. If it doesn’t, there’s no point in trying to fix the problem because you won’t be able to use it anyways.
2) Troubleshoot the app:
