Destiny 2: How to get & find Nyxpteron
Remember that Nyxpteron is an exotic ship. This means there is no easy way around getting it. However, it isn’t so hard if you know what you are doing. So, here are the steps that need to be taken to unlock the ship in Destiny 2:
Get the Festival of the Lost Mask
It’s a given that you will be visiting the season-exclusive vendor anyway. Eva Levante will be your bidder for this season, and you can find her in the Courtyard Tower. She will give you the Festival of the Lost Mask, which is a crucial item for this event. Wearing it will allow you to receive Spectral Pages, which are an essential resource required to get the ship.
Get the Spectral Pages & convert them into Manifest Pages
This is the bread and butter of this season. Upon entering various game modes, you can receive a season-exclusive drop called Spectral Pages. After receiving a ton of spectral pages, head over to the main event called Haunted Sectors. Now, engage in fights and kill the headless ones. After doing so, the Spectral Pages will be converted into Manifest Pages, which are required to complete a bunch of challenges in this event. Manifest Pages are essential to restoring chapters in “Tales of the Forgotten, Vol. 3”. In total, you will need to complete four challenges:
- Cryptozoologist: Restore one chapter
- Bookworm I: Restore up to 11 Chapters
- Bookworm II: Restore up to 22 chapters
- Bookworm III: Restore up to 33 chapters
You will receive the exotic ship Nyxpteron after completing the Bookworm III challenge. Each challenge you complete will provide you with the following rewards:
- Cryptozoologist: Clovis Bray Mask
- Bookworm I: 15K Glimmer, 1x Bungie Reward Code, 1x Event Ticket
- Bookworm II: Magical Transformation Shader, 2x Enhancement Cores, 1x Event Ticket
- Bookworm III: Nyxpteron Exotic Ship, 1x Enhancement Prism, 1x Event Ticket
