Before You Proceed – How does it work
To claim the rewards, you need to watch at least three hours of Diablo 4 content from any Twitch streamer listed on the official website of Blizzard. Click on this link to see the list of all Twitch streamers eligible for Twitch drop rewards. Another very important thing to note is that after watching at least 3 hours of Diablo 4 streaming, you need to claim the reward first. Only then can you progress to the next reward cycle. After claiming, you can continue watching a stream for a total of six hours, which will reward you with the second round of Twitch drops.
You cannot acquire the rewards of all the weeks at once. If you’ve already collected the rewards for this week, you need to wait for next week. Additionally, you can watch any Diablo 4 Twitch streamer you want as long as he/she has his/her name on the list of eligible Twitch streamers.
Hypothetically, if you’ve claimed the Twitch drop rewards and your Twitch account is not linked to Battle.net, the rewards will expire after 7 days. Finally, this event is available in all regions across the world besides China, Russia, and Belarus.
How to Link Battle.net account with Twitch
To reap the rewards of the Twitch drops for Diablo 4, you need to link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts. So, first, sign in to your Battle.net account. If you do not have an account yet, we highly recommend you create one. Creating a Battle.net account is very simple. Head over to this link and click on “Create a free Battle.net account”. Provide the required information, such as date of birth, name, email, etc. Confirm your email address, and you should be ready to go.
Next, sign in to your Battle.net account and head over to the Connections tab in the left navigation pane. Under the Connected Accounts section, look for Twitch and click on Connect. Click on Continue, and that should take you to the login web page of Twitch. Enter your Twitch credentials and hit Log In. In the new window that appears, click on “Authorize,” and you should be all set. Notice that you are redirected to your battle.net account, and your Twitch username is visible.
But don’t rest just yet. You have successfully retrieved your Twitch account details from Battle.net. Now, you need to complete and consolidate the connection. To do this, click Continue, and it should say that “Your Twitch account: [name of your Twitch account] has been connected to your Battle.net Account.”
Note: After connecting one Twitch account, there will be a 7-day cooldown before you can connect another Twitch account to the same battle.net account.
