The latest game in the long-running Farming Simulator series has finally made its way to the global audience. Released on Nov 12, 2024, Farming Simulator 25 is the pinnacle of farm sims, providing players with an authentic farm life experience. While the game initially didn’t receive favorable reviews, now it seems it has been growing on players. With Positive reviews on Steam, FS25 is looking like another success from Giants Software. Anyway, while the game has been released for all popular platforms, including PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5, there’s a healthy amount of players wondering about its compatibility with handhelds like the Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally, and Lenovo Legion Go. Well, if you are among such players, here’s every bit of information you need to know.
It is obvious for most players to be wondering whether Farming Simulator 25 will be playable on the PC handhelds that have been in trend for the past couple of years. Most games do offer compatibility even when not explicitly mentioned; however, some are exceptions. Is Farming Simulator 25 an exception as well? Or does the game run well on handhelds? Let’s find out.

Farming Simulator 25 Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally, & Lenovo Legion Go Support Details
Steam Deck
As of writing this, Farming Simulator 25 has neither been listed as Playable or Verified for the Steam Deck, and that’s really not surprising. Since the game has just been released, Valve hasn’t tested it out yet to provide it a Steam Deck rating. But based on the previous releases, we are expecting Farming Simulator 25 to be getting the Playable tag for the Deck, if not Verified. Now, this was all about official details. If you own a Steam Deck, you are very likely to already know that official compatibility details don’t matter much as most games do run on the handheld. Fortunately, Farming Simulator 25 is not an exception in this regard, and as per many, the game runs pretty well on the Steam Deck, with an average of 40+FPS with the right settings. But there is one issue at hand. Some players did mention that the Deck controls aren’t working well in-game, which is why you might have to use the touchscreen regularly. Hopefully, proper support will be made available soon.
Asus Rog Ally and Lenovo Legion Go
These two handhelds are just like a normal PC with their hardware packed in a compact form factor. So, any game that runs on PC can be played on the Asus Rog Ally and Lenovo Legion Go, thanks to the Windows OS. Likewise, Farming Simulator 25 is playable on both these devices, and since they pack better hardware than the Steam Deck, expect more FPS out of the game with the right settings.
With that said, now you know all about the compatibility details of Farming Simulator 25 with devices like the Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally, and Lenovo Legion Go. We hope that you find this article informative. You can follow Android Gram for more such content on a daily basis.
