The app-based feature has been created to make the Foot Locker experience seamless and convenient. With the latest update of the app and the App Launch Reservation option, you can choose your styles through the app. You can select up to three stores where the App feature is applicable and select the size to start the countdown clock. When the countdown clock expires, you will get notified through the app about the outcome of the submission. Simpy follow these steps –
- Log in the app with your account on Footlocker.com or you can also create an account in the app with a valid email address.
- Enable location, beacon and push notifications.
- Enter Launch Locator from home screen.
- From Launch Locator, choose a release to identify the launch features that apply.
- If App Launch Reservation feature applies, choose up to three stores where you can pick it up.
- Choose your size. When the size is selected, the countdown clock will start.
- Earn In-Store Check-In ‘Head Starts’ or edit the submission till 24 hours prior to the expiration of the countdown clock.
- When the countdown clock hits zero, unlock the outcome of the submission under ‘My Countdowns’. If push notifications are enabled, you will receive a notification that the outcome is available.
- Present the app confirmation and a valid photo ID to the store indicated. The reservation that has not been purchased in the specified date and time frame will be forfeited.
