Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl: How to get/catch Eevee?
The easiest way to get an Eevee in Pokemon Brilliant and Shining Pearl is to head over to Hearthome City and talk to Bebe. She can be found in the house right next to the Pokemon Center in Hearthome City. All you have to do is interact with her and after a while, she will offer you an Eevee. But, make sure that you’ve completed the game first before doing this, or else she won’t be available to offer you the pokemon.
There are two evolutions of Eevee in the game: Glaceon and Leafeon. To get either of them, you will have to follow some steps which are shared below:
Glaceon: To get Glaceon in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you will have to take your Eevee to a rock at the top middle corner of the map outside Snowpoint City and level it up there.
Leafeon: To get Leafeon in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you will have to take your Eevee to a rock at the top left corner of the map in Eterna City and level it up there.
