Remnant 2 has very high hopes among old Soul series fans. We are all expecting intense battle scenes and many side quests to fill our desires. Some players will try to speedrun their in-game journey, but what we mostly care about is the fun and excitement. Well, each game has its intense moments, and during/after each fight, you will more likely be dead or in near-death situations. That’s why we prepared this guide on how to replenish your health in the game, so you don’t have to start over every time.
Recovering health is a fundamental concept, and since this is a soul-like game, you can expect many ways to do so. Expectation aside, fortunately, Remnant 2 has various ways using which you can heal your character, and we have mentioned all of them.
Remnant 2: How to recover Health (HP)
There are many ways to heal yourself in Remnant 2. You have consumables that can be used on the go and various specific artifacts that are immobilized and require some effort to get to. Well, don’t worry about the hard part since we categorized most of them into simple words.
The World Crystal
World Crystals are also known as checkpoints in the game. Just like any soul-like game, checkpoints are the most important areas. These World Crystals not only just revive you if somehow you are dead; they also refill all your ammo, relics, and HP and serve as fast travel points. These advantages alone make them the best source for regaining HP, as well as other items you have. It serves as your respawn point, so always try to save your progress by interacting with the World Crystals before heading onto any kind of boss fight or new exploration. Also, there are no special tricks to it; just touch the crystal, select the Use Checkpoint button, and your HP along with ammo and relics will replenish.
Healing Stations
The second most usable healing element on your journey in Remnant 2 are healing stations. These artifacts imbue you with a healing buff that lasts for a minute and continuously heals your HP over time. There are quite a few of these, so make sure to mark them on your map ASAP.
Items/Relics
From the very beginning of the game, you have pretty much used some healing items like Bandages and other healing ointments (Blood Rot) to heal your character. To make sure that you have plenty of these, visit Dr. Norah in Ward 13 and buy as much as you can. This way, you don’t have to rely on checkpoints or healing stations to get back to full HP. There are also some healing relics, like Dragon’s Heart, that restore 70% of your health in an instant. These consumables and items are your main way of healing in a real battle. So just try to use them carefully.
Medic Class
If you are playing with your friend, one of you can use the Medic Archetype. This class excels at delivering healing buffs when you need them most. Also, this class offers an ability called Wellspring, which creates a healing ring on the ground. Anyone standing on the ring will have an instant HP regeneration buff.
