DirectX12 is an API that allows games to create multimedia effects including the audio and the video running on Windows OS. However, sometimes there can be DirectX12 errors in many game. Let’s go through these steps and find the suitable fix that will solve the DirectX12 Support not detected error on your PC:
1) Turn off ray tracing: Go to the Spiderman Remastered game and press the play button. Now, in the Launcher menu, go to Graphics Settings and turn off the ray tracing feature. Although this will disable your ray tracing settings after solving the error, you can turn the settings on again if deemed fit.
2) Reinstall your graphic drivers: Go to your Windows Settings and uninstall your Graphic Drivers.
