Comics and novels are essential and integral parts of our childhood. The kids who grew up in a time when technology had still not taken over spent most of their days reading novels and comics. Devoid of electronic gadgets and products like iPhones and mobile phones, like tabs and computers, our days involved playing outside and reading inside. Most of us have spent the better part of our meager pocket money on these comics. Slowly, as phones became more common, we never realized how and when comics and novels disappeared from our lives. However, the good thing is that the onset of technology has brought back comics and novels back to our lives. Apps like Tappytoon Comics and Novels have made this possible.
But sometimes users face problems while using the app. These problems can be so recurrent and persistent that the users may be unable to use the Tappytoon Comics and Novels app completely.

1.) Firstly, make sure that your device has decent network coverage. Ensure that your device’s data connection is ON. Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network if you don’t have a data connection. Switch to another network if the current Wi-Fi network is slow or alternatively you can also relocate to another place where the internet speed is better.
2.) Close the Tappytoons Comics and Novels app and reopen it.
3.) Remove the Tappytoons Comics and Novels app from the recently used apps. Once done, reopen the app on your device.
4.) Clear the app cache and user data on your device. Go to “Settings” and then tap “Apps”. Scroll till your find Tappytoons and then select it. Now tap “Storage” and then tap “Clear Cache” and/or “User Data”. Some devices may not have the “Storage” option. In this case, directly tap “Clear Cache” and “Clear User Data”.
5.) If the problem still persists, simply check if you are using the latest app version. If not, tap “Update” and install the app updates on your device. Using the older app versions after the new one is released can cause such problems.
6.) If you continue facing the same issue even after trying the suggested steps then uninstall the app from your device. Wait for a few minutes and then reinstall the app.
