Hello! We’re investigating the issue with stuttering that’s been reported, and it seems to be a tricky one.
Could everyone experiencing this issue please send us a copy of their player.log file? This file is located in AppData\LocalLow\EvilEmpire\The Rogue Prince of Persia (Press Windows+R and paste the path).

So, it seems that the developers are indeed aware of the problem and are currently investigating it. Given the complex nature of the issue, we think it will take some time for them to figure out a fix for it. To further facilitate the process, you can send the log files of the game. 1) Restart game and PC

4) Disable Controller Vibration

5) Run game on dedicated GPU

To do this, open the Steam client, and go to Library. Now, right-click on The Rogue Prince of Persia, and select the Properties option. After this, go to the Installed Files tab, and select the Verify Game Files option. Once the scan is complete, launch the game and check if the stuttering continues.
8) Reinstall
If all else fails, then the final workaround worth trying is to just perform a full reinstall. So, first, uninstall the game, make sure that no residual files are present on your PC, and then install it again. After this, the stuttering or low FPS issues should no longer persist.
