Catching Feebas in PBDSP requires you to have sheer determination and patience. This is because Feebas can only be caught using a Super Rod in a water tile of Mt. Coronet. However, the catch here is that the tile changes every day on which Feebas spawns so we can’t say exactly in which tile you are going to encounter a Feebas, but only provide you with the process of catching one.
To catch a Feebas in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you will need to have a Super Rod, Surf, Strength, and Defog before you can begin your hunt. Once you have all these, head over to Mt. Coronet and head north until you reach the Underground Lake. Use Strength to clear the obstacles first. Then use Defog to clear the area and then use Surf on the water body. Now, equip your Super Rod and use it on each tile. There is a theory that says that out of 100 different tiles you used Super Rod on while using Surf, you are going to encounter Feebas at least one time for sure. You can either do this or use Super Rod 4 times on each tile you come across until you encounter a Feebas. If you follow this method and do it consistently, there is a chance of encountering Feebas in the least amount of time.
