Wondering how to locate or get a Dubious Disc in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl? Well, there are two ways to get the evolutionary, held item. You can locate a Dubious Disc in the Route 225 area, or you can buy them from the Battle Tower. But, make sure you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex first before you try to locate a Dubious Disc. This is because Route 225 and the Battle Tower will be locked until you defeat the Elite Four in the Fight Area. The only difference between the two locations is that Route 225 will give you the Dubious Disc for free but you will need 5 BP to purchase it from the Battle Tower. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl: How to get Dubious Disc?
As mentioned before, there are two ways you can get the Dubious Disc in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. However, you will have to complete the Sinnoh Pokedex and defeat the Elite Four plus Cynthia to unlock Fight Area and Route 225. Defeating the Elite Four is a relatively time-consuming and hard task. Once you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, build a team to battle the Elite Four and make sure its level is above 60. You can learn more about defeating the Elite Four and Cynthia here. Once you unlock both Fight Area and Route 225, we can start looking for the Dubious Disc.
From Route 225
You can locate and collect the Dubious Disc for free on Route 225. You will need to reach the small house on the northern part of Route 225. Head up the stairs beside the house and you will see a water body. Use HM Surf and swim across. Walk downstairs and look around. From Battle Tower
Walk into the Battle Tower located in Battle Park. Fight trainers in the Battle Tower to earn BP. Now, head over to the BP Shop at the top of the tower and interact with the lady behind the counter. Choose to buy Dubious Disc for 5 BP.
