How to cancel a BlueSG subscription:

To cancel your BlueSG subscription, you will have to send a message. To send the message regarding the cancellation request, open the BlueSG app/website. Log in to your account. Now, go to My account and then select My messages. Send a message requesting a cancellation of your plan.
Remember that the request will only be accepted when sent within the valid time window. For the Basic plan, the cancellation request should be sent 5 working days prior to the renewal of your BlueSG subscription. If you have a premium plan, the request should be sent 30 days prior to the renewal date.
