7.) Now restart your device. When all else fails, restarting mostly works. “Power Off” or switch off your device and turn it on again. Now use the app again.

In this case, most users won’t be able to use the app for some time. Check with customer support about the server problem and if they agree the servers might indeed be down, wait for some time.
