Grammarly is one of the most well-known writing tools that provides a lot of its services for free. There are very few tools out there who are willing to give away such helpful insight without asking for a subscription. And that is why, many people depend on and trust Grammarly with the responsibility of correcting the mistakes that they make while writing. Grammarly is a tool that is typically used on a desktop computer. Most commonly used as a browser extension, Grammarly can also be used on mobile devices. Many people would prefer not doing so. However, the suggestions given by Grammarly are too good to give up on. And the more you use it, the more it grows over you.
Hence, many users would love to use it with the keyboard on their mobile device. The keyboards in mobile devices have their own set of spelling checks and autocorrect system. However, it does not come even close to matching the level of accuracy Grammarly has. But if Grammarly is not working on the keyboard on your mobile phone, specifically a Samsung phone, try these troubleshooting steps.

Fixes for Grammarly not working on Samsung Keyboard:
Install available system updates:
The Grammarly integration with Samsung devices is a part of the One UI 4.0 software. The introduction is very recent and hence it is necessary to keep the software updated toavoid encounters with errors. Go to the device settings and navigate to the about section. There you will find information about the newest OS version and if there are any pending updates for the device. Install any updates that are available. After the installation, check if Grammarly works with your Samsung Keyboard.
Make sure Grammarly is enabled:
You may think that since Grammarly is integrated with the Samsung system software, it would work automatically. However, you need to enable it for it to actually work. So, go to Settings > General Management > Keyboard settings > Suggest Text corrections > Writing assistant > Powered by Grammarly. Follow the on screen instructions after this to enable Grammarly for your Samsung keyboard.
Set a supported language:
In the step given above, once you navigate yourself to “writing assistant” you get to select a language. It is important to keep in mind that Grammarly only supports American, Canadian, British, and Australian English. So do not select a language other than these.
