You will be disappointed to know that there is no official fix for the FIFA 23 5-1-2-2 Formation bug, as of now. Folks have registered countless tickets to EA Support about the same. Well, one of EA’s Community Managers did respond to the issue and stated that this has been passed along to be looked into further, but no follow-up has been made so far.

Players are very frustrated with EA’s behavior but everyone already knows the reality of this company. Complaints mostly fall flat and the developers will only release a hotfix when they feel like it. FIFA 22 is still suffering from a lot of bugs that haven’t yet been resolved. The FIFA 23 5-1-2-2 Formation bug automatically swaps the position of the CDM and RCM players. This is highly frustrating because players spend a lot of time and in-game currency to form a good team. Swapping the positions ruins the whole strategy and the gameplay. While players want the developers to resolve this issue quickly, EA is yet to provide any information on the same. So, right now, all we can do is wait for an official hotfix. Till then, stay tuned to Android Gram, and happy gaming.
