Costumes aren’t the main highlight of Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. But what they give cannot be replaced by anything else in the game. Yes, that’s total satisfaction! Costumes are a rare commodity, and currently, there are only 11 of them in the game (including DLC costumes). Most of them are available as a reward after you complete a series of tasks, while others can be bought via Ubi coins. Well, in this guide, we have shared all the details on the Scholar Costume in Assassin’s Creed Mirage and how to unlock it. So, continue reading this guide until the end.
Some costumes in AC Mirage don’t require much effort for you to get. For example, the Far East Merchant Costume can simply be bought for 500 dirhams via any shopkeeper. Getting the Scholar costume, on the other hand, is challenging. But is it worth the challenge and effort? Of course, it is.

Find all the Lost Books
There is only one big requirement for getting the Scholar Costume in AC Mirage, and that’s to return all the Lost Books to Al-Jahiz, located near the easternmost part of the House of Wisdom. For this, you need to interact with the NPC to start the sidequest and begin your search. There are a total of six lost books (along with a secret one) scattered around different parts of the in-game world. Well, if you are unable to find them, this guide is just for you. Remember that we will try our best not to spoil all the fun. Only the relevant locations will be mentioned, which will serve as your guide on your adventure. Here’s the list of all Lost Books and their locations:
Lost Books in the Wilderness
- Suleiman al-Takir: Accounts of China and India: Location: You can find it inside a house located in the restricted area of the Tuesday Market in Wilderness South, Wilderness.
- Kitab al-Azif: Location (Secret Lost Book): This book can only be obtained after you have collected the other six. Go to the eastern part of the map, where you will find a ruin featuring the Selucia-on-the-Tigirs historical site in Wilderness South, Wilderness. It’s buried under a rocky underground entrance. You will need to destroy it using the explosive vessel (red in color).
