Place the ingredients in either a refining forge or an industrial forge for 30 seconds to make gasoline. The refining forge is unlocked at level 20, while the industrial forge is unlocked at level 80. There are also a couple of other alternate methods to craft gasoline in Ark: Survival Ascended. They involve using the Congealed Gas Ball, the Green Gem, or the fragmented Green Gem. You need a Chemistry Bench after learning the Gas Collector Engram to craft Gasoline using the Congealed Gas Ball.
