According to the official support page for Pokemon Unite, you need to be at least a Trainer level 6 or higher to gain access to the ranked matches. Also, you must have at least 80 fair-play points to be able to play ranked matches in Pokemon Unite. So, make sure you are well behaved in matches and don’t leave matches. If you maintain high fair-play points, you will receive many rewards. However, dropping it down will cause many penalties.
