Fixes for Amazon Luna Controller not connecting:
1) Reset your Luna controller:
To reset your Luna controller, press and hold the Home button and the Menu button on it. Keep holding them down until you see the light ring around the Home button turn purple. The purple color will turn into orange in about 6 seconds. You will know that your controller has restarted once the orange light starts encircling the Home button. This should make the controller work on Amazon Luna.
2) Cross check the Bluetooth Connection:
Make sure that the Bluetooth is on when using Amazon Luna, on your device. Also, try reconnecting the Luna controller to your device. Your controller should be up and running with the Bluetooth turned ON, on a compatible device.
If you are still unable to use your Luna Controller, it is possible that AWS is facing a major outage. In such cases, your controller will refuse to successfully connect. Amazon Luna itself will also pose multiple loading issues. So, make sure that Amazon’s services are up and running; if not, wait for it to be fixed!
