So, to unlock facilities in Happy Home Paradise DLC, first, you need to make sure that you have customized at least 4 Villager’s Happy Homes. Once, you are done with this, you will find Lottie with a thought bubble standing near a building directly to the left of her office. When you interact with her, you will come to know that she has the idea of building a school and it requires some paperwork to be done. All you need to do is continue that conversation till the end. You will then have to customize two more homes after the conversation and interact with Lottie again. She will finally tell you that the paperwork is done and ask you if you are ready to customize the school. Then Lottie will begin giving you instructions for the customizations. Well, now is the time to show your skills as the entire building’s decoration and setup are on you. You will also be paid fairly well.
