Battlefield 2042 is available for peeps on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms. And, the process of equipping attachments is slightly different for each of them. You will need to know the right keys to equip an attachment easily. Below are the steps to equip or add attachments to weapons in Battlefield 2042.

Equip/Add attachments to weapons on XBox

If you are playing Battlefield 2042 on Xbox, here’s how to equip attachments:

1. Start a game of Battlefield 2042.
2. Select the gun you want from the menu at the bottom.
3. Next, you will have to spawn into any location on the map.
4. Now, press and hold the LB button on your Xbox to open the attachments menu.
5. While holding down LB, you will have to use other buttons to choose the attachments from the menu:
   Sights/Scopes – press the Y button
   Ammo Type/Magnum – press the B button
   Basically, use the buttons on your D-pad to equip attachments of your choice.

Equip/Add attachments to weapons on PlayStation

If you are playing the game on PlayStation, here’s how to equip attachments:

1. Start a game of Battlefield 2042.
2. Select the gun you want from the menu at the bottom.
3. Next, you will have to spawn into any location on the map.
4. Now, press and hold the L1 button on your PlayStation to open the attachments menu.
5. While holding down L1, you will have to use the buttons on the right side of your controller (action buttons: triangle, circle, cross, and square) to equip attachments. Using the D-pad buttons will not work on PlayStation.

It is fairly easy to do so on PC:

1. Start a game of Battlefield 2042.
2. Select the gun you want from the menu at the bottom.
3. Next, you will have to spawn into any location on the map.
4. Press and hold down the T key on your keyboard.
5. While holding down T, left-click on the attachments you wish to equip.
