Cult of the Lamb: How to get Brainwashing Ritual?
As we mentioned before, you will need to complete a certain quest in order to receive the Brainwashing Ritual. To venture out on this mission, you will need to reach the Darkwood and Anura regions of the game. Here, you will meet some folks from the Spore Grotto who will tell you about Sozo. This person is looking for some Menticide Mushrooms and now it’s on you to deliver these items to him. When you meet Sozo, he will promise to teach you the Brainwashing Ritual in exchange for providing Menticide Mushrooms.
You will first need to deliver 10 Menticide Mushrooms to Sozo. If you keep exploring the Anura region, you will be able to collect the mushrooms. You can also harvest them at your camp if you have the right seeds. Once you deliver these mushrooms, Sozo will give you a Holy Talisman Shard. Next, Sozo will ask you to bring 20 more mushrooms.
