2) Clear app cache:
Cache files are saved more often by a video streaming app when compared to any other apps. There are many thumbnails that we scroll through. Many of those thumbnails will be saved as cache data to increase the loading speed for the next time you scroll past the same content.
These files are junk and become outdated in a couple of days. So, the best thing to do in this situation would be to delete those files. Locate the CW app on your device settings and then select it to explore further options. Select ‘Clear cache’ to delete all the cache files. Open the CW app and check if the problem is fixed.
3) Power cycle your TV:
Turn off your TV and unplug the power cable from the wall socket. Press the power button on your TV for 30 seconds. After that, plug in the power cable and turn on your TV. Check if the CW app is still throwing errors.
4) Check your internet connection:
A weak internet connection is one of the major reasons for problems with video streaming apps. Open other apps on your device to check if the loading speed for them is affected. If it is, then contact your ISP to get your internet connection fixed as soon as possible.
5) Reinstall the app:
As a last resort, uninstall the CW app from your device and perform a quick restart. After the restart, install the app again. Login using your credentials and then there should be no problems bothering you again.
