FedEx login

FedEx is currently facing a technical difficulty which usually means that their servers are out due to some reasons. This means that users will not be able to use their online services until the issue is fixed. FedEx apologizes for the problem through a sign at the top of the website. Hence, you can expect the FedEx website to work again in a few days.

That is if the problem isn’t a major one. If that’s the case, users might have to wait even longer to access the online features offered by FedEx. However, it is possible that by the time you find this article, the FedEx website may be fixed. And if the FedEx login still doesn’t work for you, trying to troubleshoot it is your best bet. It may be difficult to do that on your own. Hence, here are some troubleshooting methods that can help you get through the process easily!

Steps to fix FedEx login not working:
FedEx login

1) Cross-check your credentials:

The first thing to do is make sure that the credentials that you are entering are correct. Type both your ID and password carefully. Try not to rush it. If possible, type your credentials somewhere else and copy-paste them on the website. But try not to copy the spaces or any extra characters other than just your credentials.

2) Use a different browser:

Using a different browser will help you bypass the issues that may be created by the cache files and cookies saved on your current browser. Use a different browser and check if you can login into your FedEx account.

3) Clear browsing history and cache files:

Open the browse menu by clicking on the menu icon at the top right corner of the screen. Select ‘History’ or related options. The bottom line is, that you need to navigate yourself to the option where you can delete the cache files and all the cookies saved on your browser. And the steps for this can differ for every browser. After you locate the option, delete the files and restart your browser. Check if that fixes the login issue on FedEx.

4) Restart your device:

If none of the above troubleshooting methods worked, try restarting your device. It is simple and effective and won’t take more than a minute to do. After restarting your device, check if you can log in on the FedEx website.
