1) The first step is to restart your system.

3) Folks on PC can follow this step- Go to Steam> Library> right-click F1 22> Properties> Local Files. Now, click on Verify integrity of the game files and wait for the process to complete.
4) On PC, close any background task that might be hogging system resources. This includes Discord, web browsers, etc.
5) Make sure that the GPU drivers are up to date and that you do not have any pending Windows updates.
6) If you have an NVIDIA GPU, then open the NVIDIA Control Panel and go to 3D Settings> Manage 3D Settings> Program Settings> F1 22. Now, click on Preferred graphics processor for this program and select High-Performance Nvidia Processor.
