1) First of all, make sure that you have the voice chat feature enabled in-game. To check, simply head to the Settings menu and select Audio. Then scroll down and find Communications. Select the following options under the Communications tab:
Voice Chat Input Device- Your preferred microphone device

Fireteam and Lobby Chat- Yes
Match Chat- Yes
