Check for updates:
You need to check for OS updates, game updates, and/or Xbox app updates. First, check for Windows updates, because those are a lot more common. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. Install the queued updates.
If there are no updates lined up for Windows, check if the Xbox app can be updated. Go to the Micorsoft Store and click on the Downloads and Updates section. Select Get updates.
For users facing problems with a specific game, check if there are any updates for it. The Game pass includes many games that can be played on a PC. And not updating the game for a long time can cause issues.
Repair Xbox and clear cache:

Now enter the following command – get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage –allusers. Press enter. Now copy paste this command – start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN. Press enter. Follow the prompts that appear on the screen when you see the User Account control. Restart your PC and check if the Xbox app works.
