1) Complete Parallel Quests:
Completing certain parallel quests will reward players with Dragon Balls. So, dive into any Parallel Quests with a powerful character and you will be able to get Dragon Balls in the fastest way possible.
You can try the Parallel Quest 23. Here you will have to defeat Freeza and Time Patrollers who will drop a Dragon Ball for you. Also, make sure that you are pursuing this mission solo as the AI might cause trouble.
You can also hop on to Parallel Quest 79 Great Ape Festival. Here, you will have to go to the Pod Landing. Now, from here, you will have to defeat 3 Time Patrollers and they will drop a Dragon Ball for you. If they don’t, you will have to restart the level.
