In any game, some basic features are always expected by players to be present. Features like FOV settings in an FPS game or the option to remove motion blur in fast-paced action games. But it is not always what players want. Some games lack basic features but it depends on the developers to listen to player feedback and implement those features as per demand. Likewise, a full key-rebinding feature is something players are eagerly waiting for in Instruments of Destruction. So, is there any information shared by the developers regarding this?

Instruments of Destruction Full Key Rebinding Feature: Is it available
Well, as of now, full key-rebinding is not available in Instruments of Destruction. This means that you can indeed customize some in-game actions as per your preference, but there are limitations to it. For example, you can’t customize the WASD keys as they are fixed. Players who use non-QWERTY keyboards are facing issues as they are unable to customize every key to their liking. But there is good news. In response to a query from a player on the game’s Steam discussion forum, developer Radiangames has stated the following:
There is no current rebinding system with the controls. But I’ll look into it next week. The KB/mouse inputs for vehicles uses a limited set of keys (12 I think), so I could provide a remapping where you could choose which key remaps to what.
As mentioned, it is expected that full key remapping will be available soon, as the developer said the same. So, we recommend that you keep an eye out for a new update for the game and then install it once it is available. For now, you can use a controller to play the game, as it is more suited to the gameplay in comparison to a non-qwerty keyboard.
