Before you make a run for this weapon, you need to progress enough into the main storyline. If you have already reached the Forsaken Fen, then you are all set. In this area, you will soon activate another vestige called the Vestige of Valad, and that’s where your journey will begin.
How can you find Resh Mesah’s sword in Lords of the Fallen?
After activating the Vestige of Valad in Forsaken Fen, follow the given steps:
- First, head towards the entrance to your right, which will have torches hanging out of it.
- Continue further into the area until you find a giant root leading to an elevated area towards the left.
- Head over to the area, go past the wooden bridge, and enter the cave system.
- Here, you will find a Vestige that you can use to refill your resources.
- Once done, return to the entrance of the cave.
- Enter the Umbral Realm, and you will notice a ladder will pop up on one of the walls.
- Use it and climb up.
- Go further in and take the first left.
- Here, you will find the interactable to exit the Umbral Realm. Use it.
- After this, continue further until you come across a broken bridge. To cross it, use the Umbral Lantern, and it will reveal the path. (Wait for the crossbowman to reload his weapon before crossing, or you will fall.)
- After crossing the bridge, continue forward and climb up the hill.
- Once you reach the top, you will find a single crossbowman guarding the area. Defeat the enemy, and right behind it will be the Resh Mesah’s sword.
