1) Check if your console can connect to the internet:

2) Update console software to the latest version:

3) Update Remote Play app:

5) Check if the UDP port is blocked on your network:
Remote Play devices use the UDP Port 8572. Cross-check the following information with your ISP to see if the UDP port is blocked. If it is, ask them to lift the restrictions for this USP Port to solve the remote play problem on your Mac.
6) Turn off Remote Play momentarily:
Turn off remote play, uninstall the Remote Play app, turn off your PS5 and wait. Wait for a solid 10 minutes before trying to connect everything again. After that, reinstall the Remote Play app on your Mac, turn on your PlayStation and sign into your account. Now try to connect through Remote Play again. This should fix the remote play error with your Mac and PS5.
