In a competitive hero shooter like Marvel Rivals, even the slightest delay can result in losing a duel or even a match if your internet connection is poor. Internet connection and FPS are the two most important aspects when it comes to playing PvP games, and Marvel Rivals is no exception. In the game, you might have noticed that there is some occasional teleporting of characters or your hits not registering. While this is mainly due to the network connection in use, it can also be restricted to a particular server you are in. To get rid of this issue, the most basic step is to switch to a different server in the game. But do you know how? If not, consider reading this guide, as we have shared all the information regarding how to change/switch servers in Marvel Rivals.

Being a hero shooter, Marvel Rivals comes equipped with a ton of customization options that you can change as per your preference. While almost every such option is bundled behind the Settings menu, the server change option isn’t. You come across the option every time you launch the game. But where is it? The Team Lobby menu.

When you access the Team Lobby menu after launching the game, have you ever noticed a small [Region Name] option at the top right corner of the screen? This is the option that will let you change the in-game server. Simply select the option, and you will be presented with a bunch of server nodes. These are as follows:

NORTH AMERICA
  • Oregon
  • Dallas
  • Northern Virginia
EUROPE
  • Frankfurt
  • Warsaw
MIDDLE EAST
  • Dammam
SOUTH AMERICA
  • São Paulo
ASIA-PACIFIC
  • Tokyo
  • Singapore
  • Sydney

Well, it is obvious that you have to select a server node that’s closest to your geographical location to ensure you get the best ping possible. But sometimes, a different server that offers a similar or slightly higher ping can be the key to having lag-free gameplay.

That said, this was all about changing servers in Marvel Rivals. It is that simple. So, from now on, if you are encountering some weird lags or stuttering in matches or facing very difficult enemies, remember that a server change is just a few clicks away. We hope that you find this guide informative. If you did, consider visiting Android Gram on a regular basis for more such interesting reads on all things gaming.
