1) Reinstall GeForce Experience:

2) Disable firewall/VPN:
You can also try disabling the Firewall and VPN on your device. Disable your firewall and VPN and try to stream your game again. Any errors or problems should no longer prevent you from streaming using Moonlight.
3) Check Internet connection:
