- First, once your land on the spawn lobby, visit the elevator and select Deck 4.
- After that, select Promenade to visit the small shopping district in the game.
- Now, you will need to find the “The Paint Tattoo” Store. It is towards the right corner, after the Under Armour Store.
- Once you find it, head towards the door and enter.
- You will now have access to a bunch of new tattoos that you can apply to your character. However, each tattoo is priced accordingly so, make sure you have enough money.
