1.) Firstly, please ensure that your device has a good network coverage and a decent internet speed. Without these two, the app will face difficulties in loading the content and functioning properly.
2.) Close the PENUP app and reopen it on the same device.
3.) Head over to the “Settings” On your device and tap “Apps”. Now scroll down and select “PENUP “. Once done, tap “Storage” And then finally tap “Clear Cache”. Tap “Agree” Or “Yes” If prompted to confirm the action.
4.) Look for app updates and update the PENUP app on your device if possible. If the app updates are not available or incase you update the app but it doesn’t work, move on to the next step.
5.) Tap and hold the app icon until it toggles. Now select “Uninstall”. Once the app uninstalls from your device, reinstall it from the Play Store.
