Wondering where to locate the Adamant Orb? If you have been looking for it, you probably know the reason behind its popularity. It is a bright sparkling orb to be held by Dialga and is one of the Held Items found in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond. When held by Dialga, it boosts the power of Dragon and Steel-type moves. So, where can you find this popular held item? It is important to note that Dialga is a Pokemon Brilliant Diamond exclusive. So, you will find Dialga and Adamant Orb only in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond.
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl: How to get Adamant Orb?
As mentioned before, the Adamant Orb is held by Dialga, a Steel and Dragon-type Legendary Pokemon in Brilliant Diamond. You cannot give it to any other Pokemon as a held item. Getting hold of Adamant Orb isn’t difficult as an individual process. However, you will have to defeat and capture Dialga first. Now, defeating Dialga isn’t easy – you will have to make sure of some pre-requisites. However, the pre-requisites are a part of the main story of Pokemon BDSP. If you haven’t defeated the seventh gym leader yet, here’s what the sequence of steps should look like before you get to Dialga in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond –
1) Defeat the seventh gym leader, Candice at the Snowpoint Gym.
2) Head to Veilstone City and enter Team Galactic’s building to fight Cyrus, the leader of Team Galactic.
3) After you defeat Cyrus, you will receive a Master Ball – can be used to capture Dialga.
4) Locate 1st Commander Saturn and defeat him in a battle. Grab 50 Ultraballs before the next step.
5) Navigate to Mt. Coronet. Defeat Galactic Grunts as you make your way to the Spear Pillar portion (the top).
6) Save the game at this point and defeat the last Grunts.
7) Defeat Mars and Jupiter. At this point, Dialga will start appearing.
8) But, Cyrus will reappear and challenge you. Defeat him again.
9) You can now fight Dialga and capture it using a Master Ball or a few Ultra Balls.
Once you are done defeating Dialga, walk past its location and you will see the gleaming Adamant Orb waiting to be collected.
