Pokemon Go 0.187.2 update has not fixed can’t remove friends bug


Niantic recently rolled out a new update for Pokemon Go with version 0.187.2. The latest version of Pokemon Go has brought some relief for Pokemon Go owners, as the latency issue with the GO Battle League has been resolved. Now, players can enjoy the PvP battles without any lags.

But one issue which has been troubling players from a long time has still not fixed. Even with the latest version of the game, Pokemon Go players are experiencing an issue with the removal of friends.

This problem was raised by a Pokemon Go player & a Reddit user, winelight on the /TheSilphRoad subreddit. Have a look at his post down below.

Well, the good news is that Niantic has addressed this issue & confirmed that they are aware of this problem & they are currently working on its fix. Have a look at it down below.

So, we can expect the issue to get resolved in the hotfix patch or the next major update of the game. Apart from this, Niantic has shared the details regarding the October Research Breakthrough Encounter.
The event will kick off from
From Thursday, October 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7) & will stay live until Sunday, November 1, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Shedinja, the Shed Pokémon, will be available as a Research Breakthrough encounter.
