However, due to its dual Poison/Psychic typing, it is still a worthy addition to your arsenal. But how do you get it?
The location of Munkidori
If you want to catch Munkidori, one of the Loyal Three, then first you must beat the main story of the game. Remember that the main story here includes the story of the Teal Mask DLC. Once you purchase the DLC and enter the new Kitakami world, the new story will begin. Complete it, and then you can start catching all three members of the Loyal Three one by one. Well, you won’t be able to latch on to it when you see it for the first time during the main story in the Wistful Field area. The titanic form cannot be caught. So, you will need to defeat it and then continue progressing the storyline until the end. After this, the normal version of the Pokemon will appear in the same location near the pond in Wistful Fields.
How do you catch Munkidori?
You can use any ghost, ground, or dark-type Pokemon to damage it and then catch it in one go. Make sure the Pokemon of your choice is fully evolved; otherwise, you may start having trouble. Also, know that there is currently no way to evolve Munkidori since it’s a legendary Pokemon after all. So all you can do is level up and make sure it’s in good shape.
One of the interesting abilities of Munkidori is that it has a hidden ability called Frisk. This hidden ability allows you to sneak a peek at your opponent’s held item right before the battle starts. It may sound like cheating, but knowing what your foe has won’t automatically make you win. Use that to your advantage and make a last-minute plan for ultimate victory.
