Riders Republic Error code Off-Piste 1: How to fix it?

Riders Republic

According to Ubisoft, the Off-Piste 1 error code points at a server issue – the game is unable to connect to the server. To fix the issue, you will have to perform some troubleshooting steps to pinpoint the exact cause of the error. Try performing the following:

1) Restart Riders Republic:

Close the game completely, and then re-launch the game. This may fix small issues causing the error.

2) Check your internet connection:

A bad internet connection may be the reason. Perform a full troubleshooting process to check your internet connection – restart your router, use a wired connection, or use an internet connection from a different ISP. This will let you detect any issues with your internet connection if any.

3) Check your Ubisoft account’s connections:

Playing Riders Republic on a console? Make sure your PSN account or Xbox Live account is connected to your Ubisoft Account. If not, you can manage your Ubisoft Account from here.

4) Unlink and relink your account:

Try unlinking your console account from your Ubisoft account and then relink them. Open your Ubisoft Account from here, go to the Account Information page, and click on Unlink beside the console account you use. While relinking, click on Link beside the console account you want to relink.

5) Update your Ubisoft Password:

Updating old passwords sometimes solves server issues. Log out from your Ubisoft account and return to the login page. Click on Forgot Password? and follow the instructions on-screen to reset your password/add a new password.

6) Try performing a power cycle of your hardware:

Switch off your console or PC completely, unplug from the power source, and let it be for a minute or two. Then, plug in and restart your console/PC. Now, launch Riders Republic and check whether the error code persists.

7) Perform extensive connectivity troubleshooting:

If none of the above works, check out this detailed guide on how you can debug the error further.

You should be able to get rid of the error code, Off-Piste 1, in Riders Republic by now. On rare occasions, you may need the help of Ubisoft Support.
