1) By using the conventional Windows shortcut: There are two shortcuts through which you can enter the full-screen mode in Windows. The first shortcut is by pressing Alt+ Enter together. The second shortcut is by pressing the F11 key alone or with the “Fn” key.
2) By using in-game settings: You can also go to the game’s video settings. You can change the Display Mode to “Full Screen”. You can also set the resolution settings to “native” if you don’t know what’s the resolution of your system. Also, if you have a standard monitor, make sure that the aspect ratio of your screen is 16:9.

Once the update is done, try launching the game again. Also, avoid using the big-picture mode for the game.
