How to apply online for USPS change of address:
USPS change of address

You need to log into USPS.com/move to get your address changed online. You will have to pay a charge of $1.10. The payment should be through a valid debit or credit card. Users also have to provide a proper email address to authenticate the transaction. Other than that, there aren’t no additional charges. Hence, users are warned to stay away from scammers that ask for $40 dollars or more for the same process. If you manage to get all of the required parameters right, there shouldn’t be any problems with the process at all. However, there might be some underlying problems with the browser or your device that can interfere with the website. Using the following troubleshooting methods should fix the problem and let you access the USPS change of address features.

Troubleshooting steps you can use:

1) Use a different browser:

Almost all devices have two browsers and one of them is set to default. Use the second browser on your device for a change. If the USPS change of address works on a different browser, continue doing so. If not, try the next troubleshooting step.

2) Check your internet connection:

Check if your internet is working the way you would expect it to. Open other programs on your device and check if there are any latency issues. If the loading speed is dramatically reduced, power cycle your router or call your ISP to get it fixed.

3) Restart your device:

Perform a quick restart on your device. This is beneficial in fixing any errors in the system. After the restart, open the browser and check if the USPS address change works.

4) Contact support:

If none of the troubleshooting methods work, try contacting USPS support. Click here to access the support system and access the help you need.
