United States Postal service is one of the prime agency which provides postal service in the USA. It was founded on July 1, 1971, & is headquartered in Washington DC, US. It also allows customers to track their packages via the official website.
But from the past few hours, many users are facing an issue while tracking their packages. Many of them are also saying that the website is currently down & not working properly.
Many concerned users have taken the route of Twitter to convey their problems.
One Twitter user @AstouM1 wrote –
USPS YOUR WEBSITE IS BROKEN, all tracking won’t load. Any updates?
Another one on Down Detector comment box wrote –
“This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand the pressures of COVID-19 and the decrease in workers. But the service has plummeted. My Mailman picked up my package and never scanned it and now every time I refresh the page to see if another USPS truck scanned it or if it delivered the service is unavailable. This is irritating especially since the package should have arrived yesterday since I paid for express.”
Well, the issue seems widespread & can also be noted on the Down Detector website. Its outage map shows USPS.com is currently having technical issues with its servers. Have a look at the outage map down below.
USPS help Twitter account has not made any official statement regarding this issue. But we are keeping a track of all the buildups & will update you with more information whenever it arrives.
